I work in varied settings – when in Bombay I usually work in my spacious living room, sitting on two mattresses rolled together with my laptop in front on a carpenter’s stool. But when at my parent’s place in Gurgaon, it’s invariably the bed – the Walnut carved study-table’s occupied with Dad’s laptop and other stuff and he spends a lot of time on Google Earth planning the next vacation with Mom. The balcony is usually either too hot or too cold to allow long periods of work and my study table is still being worked on at the carpenter’s workshop. So this is what my current workspace looks like right this minute! [ Click on it for a larger picture. ]
