Shot on the Nikon D90. Photoshop levels and curves and exposure for post-production of images. We didn’t have a food stylist. There was Lamb guard of honour with whiskey honey glaze served with red wine reduction, Prawns in rum and filo pastry strips, Chicken Breasts with Pepper Vodka and mirin glaze served with balsamic reduction and Cognac & Mocha Cheese Oreo Souffle. The Balasmic Reduction and Red Wine Reduction were to die for. Yummy!

    A friend sent me a link to your website. First of I love the personal narrative on your website- it draws you in. I had to check out the food section and absolutely love the treatment to the meaty lamb and chicken and all this wonderful food. I have to say- very impressed. I write a food blog and where I think some of the images are good, I absolutely love this style of photography. Will keep this is a personal inspiration for my work.
