Alexandre Zerbe paintings, among others, were being showcased at the V Gallery on Lakeshore, Mississauga, Canada and the lady at the gallery was kind enough to let me make pictures of the paintings. While it is a simple thing to know : capturing light properly in photography and art can make all the difference; not everyone can replicate the same – especially not in paintings. And Zerbe has created lovely art with twinkling lights and street scenes.

The painting below, although not by Zerbe, was one of my favorites because of the abstract shapes and the fantastic, bright colors.
