Half of the world’s oxygen is produced via phytoplankton photosynthesis in the oceans.
The other half is produced via photosynthesis on land by trees, shrubs, grasses, and other plants. Phytoplankton also absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
Can we fathom the creation of “terrestrial-phytoplankton”? After all, global warming is a very real threat.

Well some people say it is not really a threat, it could just be a natural climatic change.

So I don’t know if we really need to worry about it.
