Baking Bread

@shadeheart has been at it on the new bread-maker we bought some months back. Locating any form of yeast on the shelf space of Noida supermarkets has been quite a task. After hunting for about a month, we finally found a local brand in Store 18, Sector 18 market. Good for five loaves – we will be picking up replenishment & reserves today. Started with “Maida” and now working with Whole-Wheat flour. The Whole-Wheat flour bread, tastes like cake without the sugar – I’m entranced with it.
