Brief Introduction to the Concept
A bit of re-branding on the #EyesForPeople tag. As most of you are aware, that tag has been used in the past to contextualize a series of portraits that I have photographed over the last few years. I have also tried to profile people on my blog, under the #EyesForInfluencers tag. Both these lines of thought haven’t really worked out in the way I had imagined.
I’m using this new idea to re-purpose #EyesForPeople in the context that because this is going to be an INVITE ONLY event ( participants will pay a nominal fee ), the key is that each profile will be vetted by me, personally. Hence, “eyes for people”. The payment link will only be shared with those people who clear the approval process. Just because someone can pay to come for this event is not going to be enough for them to be invited.
This is mainly because I would like to maintain control over who signs up. And to prevent any painful networking mishaps, as much as possible. In any case, it’s an experiment. Let’s see how it goes!
What is it?
I’m announcing a meetup / networking / community building get together for Gurgaon / Delhi / NCR residents / professionals.
This is a controlled networking / community-building event where participants will get to introduce themselves to the room for 2-3 minutes each. Then we will open up the discussion and everyone can talk to each other, mingle with the crowd ( only 10 people + Naina & possibly an assistant ).
Please bring business cards. Exchange them with those you would like to stay in touch with.
TAKEAWAYS FOR PARTICIPANTS
- You are introduced to 09 professional / working people from Gurgaon / Delhi / NCR
- You will be introduced to Naina’s online audience by way of a profile feature on the @eyesforpeople Instagram account, including your portrait.
- There will also be a blog post on Naina.co, with details of each participant. And one update on the @Naina Instagram account with a group photo from the event, with all participants tagged.
Coffee, water and restroom are available at the air-conditioned venue. No meals are being provided.
No refunds. ( Please email [email protected] for any clarifications. If you are not able to make it, the fee can be used to attend the next edition of Eyes For People with Naina although pricing might change. )
This event is INVITE ONLY and all participants are vetted personally, by Naina.Â

Once your profile is reviewed and approved / not approved, you will receive an email with further information on how to make the payment and how to stay in the consideration queue for the next Eyes For People with Naina.
