Last year in April, I had visited the Mount Lofty Botanic Garden for the very first time. I had no idea what to expect and I enjoyed trekking down from the upper car park to the lower car park. Magnolias, water bodies, stunning green foliage and perhaps one tree where the leaves had turned to an ombre of orange and red.
This time around, I was headed back to the botanic gardens for a client’s family portrait shoot and I had also announced a meetup for Naina’s Adelaide Collective. I was, this time, expecting more leaves that were orange and red and I was not disappointed! Jamie and I had a nice afternoon sitting next to the lake, eating and drinking and chatting. And then it was time for the photography session and we wrapped up around 5pm and headed home.
The photographs are a mix of Nikon D810 and Pixel 9 Pro XL.
