Photographs for KFC’s Bucket Bae Campaign for Valentine’s Day on Instagram #KFCBucketBae

Photographs were to be used on the KFC Bucket Bae Instagram handle. It was a pretty last minute shoot and everyone came in on a Saturday morning and made it work! Thank you Pallavi and Shreya ( from the Edelman team ) and Arjun and Prajakta ( from the KFC team ) and Arpit ( who was kind enough to post for some of the photographs – not featured in this blog post. ) Photographed at the KFC India office in Gurgaon.

The product being highlighted is the Bucket Bae : it has bluetooth speakers, the eyes light up and it even follows you around ( thanks to a body sensor ). So you can put a bucket of KFC chicken and a bouquet of chicken popcorn and a crusher on the Bucket Bae and it’ll basically follow you around while saying cute stuff to you!

The brief was to do cheesy couple photos that one would typically see being uploaded on Instagram. Considering the short notice and resource-restrictions, and considering this is not the typical stuff I photograph, I think the images came out rather well. The non-model models did an AWESOME job and made my life easier.
