I’ve photographed oranges earlier but these are Kinnows or as we pronounce them “keenoos”. Got two crates all the way from Punjab and suddenly I realized I’d never stacked them. So there. Then I made some chicken and decided to flavor it with slices of citrus. Baked. Bad idea. Too much moisture and the citrus slices turned bitter. Thankfully I got rid of them before they turned other stuff bitter.
