I could eat this. More citrusy things from Paintbox Soapworks.
Lavender, Pink grapefruit, Lime and Litsea essential oil. Emulsifying sugar scrub, which basically means it makes suds. Like a soap.
Perfect for the Indian summers I might add. If you’re one of those people who like to shower twice in a day – once properly and then once to cool off – this is a great second-shower scrub. And you don’t even need moisturising if you’ve used this in the shower. Doesn’t dry out your skin and feels great to rub it in. Initially it’s scrubby but then the granules melt away. The fragrance on this one give a great morning wake-up call to my sense.
Remember not to wet the content of the jar or it’ll turn all sludgy before it hits your skin. Easy enough to dig out dollops with your finger. ( Paintbox Soapworks has many more fragrances and combinations in their range of Sorbettos. )
Hayley! I’m officially in love with your work! I want one of everything! Except maybe the soaps because I already have such a large stash of soaps from all kinds of brands and don’t think I’ll be able to use them in this lifetime. #Giggle
