After having done two courses with these capsules, I’m sharing my experience here.
During the first 15-day course, I took just one capsule per day, right after a meal. It was a nice idea to be around a toilet because I had no idea when I’d have to run. So, social life took a bit of a hit. I did not vary my diet and I ended up losing a couple of kilograms in weight. It wasn’t “water” weight because I had upped my water intake from the usual 1.5-2 liters to about 2.4 liters per day.
I then gave a break for about a month and did another course for fifteen days. This time, I took two capsules per day – one at noon and one after dinner. This time, I noticed no weight differential and the need to be near a toilet was the same as the first course. I have no way to tell if my Colon got cleaned up, obviously. I already take a daily probiotic supplement, so maybe that arrested the diarrhea-type conditions that a colon-cleanser is supposed to have? I don’t know. Maybe I’ll try a coffee enema next – or maybe even the traditional soap enema.
There is one more dose left for a 15-day cleanse and I’ll do that in maybe another 3 months, not sooner. Till then, the capsules are being stored in the refrigerator. Before I re-order this brand, I will try some other cheaper brand and then take a call on which is best. This particular Schwartz Bioresearch supplement was purchased from Amazon.
Cleaning the colon is supposed to help with better digestion. You will see better / more amplified results if you have a shitty lifestyle and terrible eating habits. It is also supposed to help calm down internal inflammation, which should lead to better levels of energy. Similar to how probiotics help with better absorption of nutrients and minerals, cleaning up the colon is also supposed to help with that. Please do not forget to up your water intake – double it – when you’re cleaning your colon. Otherwise there’s a whole host of issues you could run in to.
Ideally, don’t do all this stuff without a doctor’s supervision and please do not forget that I am not a doctor. I am only sharing my personal experience and if you shit yourself in office ( or anywhere else ), I’m not responsible. Have fun! ( The usual disclaimers apply. This is not medical advice – or even nutritional advice – this is me sharing my personal experience. )
