I’m not sure if the description of an image takes something away from the image or whether it adds to the viewing experience.
This animation / time-lapse above, quite comprehensively describes the capital city’s weather these days. Bright sunshine, rain, clogged drain covers, reflections. The balcony was flooded with rainwater from last night’s rain and today afternoon’s sun played on the ripples. The ripples themselves were caused by wind disturbed by flying rodents’ wings. I dislike pigeons.
