Happy Diwali! It’s the festive season in India – first Diwali and then Christmas and New Year. Shoppers’ paradise.
Rose / Lilac trench coat ( one of the most popular pieces from this collection – almost sold out too ) + Scarf ( it has a hint of gold woven into it ) + Silk & Wool blue dress ( I’m completely and utterly in love with this dress – it has two pockets on the sides as well ) + Gold leather & plaid hand bag : from Burberry’s latest Festive Collection, which is in stores in New Delhi ( I picked up my pieces from the DLF Emporio Store. )
Makeup : Lipstick Rouge Allure Velvet 347 Le Merveilleuse ( one of the best CHANEL lipsticks I’ve ever used – in terms of opaque coverage and texture – my kinda lipstick and it’s a lovely bright pink ) + Rouge Noir Le Crayon Kohl no. 17 eye pencil ( that I used as an eye liner and lined by inner lower lid with it – this is a limited edition shade introduced by CHANEL for the Holiday Season 2015 ) + Le Vernis Nail Colour is Rouge Noir no. 18 ( like dark ox blood / bordeaux ) + Signe Particulier Ombres A Paupieres Quatour Quadra Eyeshadow, which has a LOVELY gold in it – it is a limited edition piece so you’ll have to try your luck at the stores.
Green leather shoes : American Apparel ( had purchased these from the American Apparel Flea Market ).

Happy Diwali folks!
( The first photograph is a composition – I’ve cut out and pasted a photograph of me jumping on top of a campaign photograph from Burberry’s latest festive collection. Original photograph is by Mario Testino. )
