Red Batik summer dress by Meraki by Pallavi Kandoi. My Mum was thoroughly impressed with the beautiful fabric used to construct this comfortable dress. Well, if Mum was impressed, I have no further questions! The stitching is impeccable too. I would’ve liked to have the bottom hem to be wider so I could take my usual long strides while walking but having to slightly lift the dress and hold it in my hand while walking, is another thing that I quite like. Especially when you’re chilling with a cold soda in your lawn, with not a care in the world and you suddenly want to jump into a puddle… that kind of feeling wearing this dress. Lovely work Pallavi!
