Dad’s a golfer, so a visit to the Ranikhet golf course is a given. On our third day at Ranikhet, we headed to the golf course at about 0730 hours, Dad played a couple of rounds of golf with his friend and Mom and I chilled out in the shade, listening to music and I blogged a bit. The mobile phone internet connectivity is slightly better at the golf course than it is at the Post Office area, which is where we’re currently living.
I also did a #CoverUp shoot, which I’ll be able to edit and share only once I’m back at my desk in Noida. This was the first time I photographed myself for this series while I also setup a camera to photograph myself photographing myself. A Go Pro on a tripod captured my movements in a timelapse as I went from posing in front of the Nikon D800 to going behind the D800 to change settings and check the frame and chimp. I was able to edit, and put together and share the video on my Instagram.
Beer was had and the rest of the afternoon and evening were spent in the room, napping. I was so full of food that I completely skipped dinner and napped an extra 2-3 hours till morning!
