During my previous traffic-adventures in Bangalore, I had noticed the walls on the streets and roads – with film posters and graffiti and other drawings and since I was going to spend most of my day in an auto rickshaw, day eight in Bangalore was going to be all about the walls.
I was headed to meet someone at their home at Acropolis, near the Forum Mall and they also graciously allowed me to make some photographs! What a lovely home and the art on the walls – in various media – were all made by the lady of the house herself. Don’t miss the lawn / garden on the tenth floor. What a view!
After the visit to the home, I was at the Forum Mall to meet with @manuscrypts [ no photos unfortunately because we yakked like long lost chaddi-buddies! After Manu left, I walked around looking for a new shirt to buy and ended up getting something from the newly opened Elle store, from the US Polo Collection.
As blogged previously, Bangalore Day Seven, Bangalore Day Six, Bangalore Day Five, Bangalore Day Four, Bangalore Day Three, Bangalore Day 02 and Day 01 at Bangalore.

I just discovered your blog Naina, fantastic photos! I especially love the painted walls. I’ve just ordered a Fuji X100 myself so I’m very very happy to browse through your posts.
Oh you’ll love it – especially because your blog mentions that you like shooting analog – the film simulation modes are awesome & even if you shoot RAW and bring the images into Lightroom, there’s a definite analog feel to them. I’ve been meaning to review the X100 but been busy doing everything else! *grin*
