The Adobe Photography Symposium 2014 will be held on the 26th of June from 10 a.m. till 5:30 p.m. in the beautiful city of Bangalore and I’m a speaker!
This is my first professional speaking engagement and I couldn’t have come up with a partners better than Adobe! I love them and the things they do and a lot of my photography success is because of the things they do!
If you are in Bangalore or traveling to the city on that date and have an interest in photography, do drop by. ( Early bird registrations till the 10th of June ar for INR 1,000 and after the early bird period is over, the regular registration fee is INR 1,500. )
I’m thrilled to be a speaker among some of India’s leading photographers like Sudhir Shivaram who is a wildlife photographer, Jayanth Sharma who is a Natural History Photographer and the co-founder of Toehold Travel & Photography, Neeta Shanker who is a Wedding & Lifestyle photographer and Swapnil Rane who is the Creative Head at the Film Division of Marching Ants.
Most of these other speakers have bee on the speaking circuit for a while. I’m a newbie and I’m trying very hard not to get anxious or nervous. There will be a panel discussion at the start of the day and I’m hoping whatever traces of anxiety I might have, will get swept away.
Do check out the detailed agenda to see what the Adobe Photography Symposium 2014 has in store.
Here’s a little peek into what I’ve been thinking of talking about at the symposium. “Photography. Post-Production. Pimping” or even “Photography. Curation. Post-Production. Pimping.” is what I’m planning as a focus point for my session but it will also be about how I got here. The things I did to get here – and not just anecdotes, but action points that you can use as a serious amateur photographer or even a professional photographer.
